Privacy Policy for Playfold Ltd.


We are Playfold Ltd., a company working to provide all creatives with a new way to share and sell their content. We operate from 71-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. This website provides information about the company’s services to artists, publishers, brands and developers, about our product and investment opportunities.

At Playfold, accessible from playfold.io, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Playfold and how we use it.

Playfold Ltd. legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information:

  • Playfold Ltd. needs to perform a contract with you

Log Files

Playfold follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
